Equal parts impressive and disappointing

The staff provided fantastic service, and the live music until 1am created a lively atmosphere. The outside pool is lovely, and the shared spaces felt spacious, enhancing our stay.

Dining options were overpriced, and the buffet meals often lacked quality and freshness. The gym was uncomfortably hot, making it difficult to work out efficiently, especially during summer.

Food and beverage prices felt unjustified!!! Dining experiences, particularly buffet quality, left much to be desired!!! Insufficient casino staffing created long wait times for table games!!! Improve the temperature in the gym for a more comfortable workout!!!

We had a cozy stay in the Deluxe Double Room. While the amenities were decent, the dining options could be better. I recommend checking the spa services for relaxation, but be aware of the high food prices. An air conditioner upgrade would enhance the gym experience!

I absolutely loved the stunning mountain views from my room and the fantastic buffet dinner that featured outstanding dishes like cod with cream and beef medallions. The staff was exceptionally friendly and made our stay even more enjoyable with thoughtful touches like fresh cocktails. However, I found the breakfast a bit lacking in freshly prepared options compared to other hotels.

I was really disappointed with the restaurant's buffet dinner. The starters looked old and unappetizing, especially the cherry tomatoes and mozzarella that appeared withered. Additionally, the meat croquettes tasted bitter and rancid, which was completely shocking for a place with high standards. It's a shame that these few bad experiences overshadowed an otherwise nice stay.

The Romantic Double Room was spacious and perfect for our stay. The balcony was lovely for enjoying the fresh air. Everything was clean and well-maintained, adding to the overall comfort. The only downside was the plugs for charging my phone were a bit hard to reach under the bedside table. But other than that, it was a cozy experience.
